Pasito Blanco

PASITO BLANCO_2A pebbles throw away from the luxurious area of Meloneras and towards the end of Maspalomas is the attractive and up-market posh marina of Pasito Blanco. A modern harbor with the most impressive looking yachts and sailing boats where to moor at anchorage in the Pasito Blanco marina, is a privilege of a few fortunate residents and ex-pats on the island. On the northeast side of the marina bay is a small, attractive and private sandy beach, set within a rocky cove, with crystal clear blue Atlantic waters.

For sailors, the 24-hour security on-site ensures that Pasito Blanco is a safe place to leave a boat for extended periods of time. The facilities at the marina include water and electricity to all berths, hot water showers and toilets located on the outer wharf, with more showers available in the boatyard.

Nearby to Pasito Blanco and uphill is the modern Meloneras golf course with the 18 holes split over the main road and joined by a wooden walkway. 9 holes have a magnificent mountain view, with the other 9 providing stunning views over Meloneras Bay. A short distance from Pasito Blanco stands the European Space Agency’s Maspalomas Ground Station (Estacion de Seguimiento Espacial de Maspalomas), it’s location given away by the shining globe that can be seen on Montaña Blanca. This station played an important role in tracking the launches of the Apollo spacecraft of the 1970’s.

Property here is generally select and land values much higher than in Maspalomas due the privileged and secluded up-market and posh location.
