El Tablero

El Tablero is the largest residential town in the southern touristic region and municipality of San Bartolomé de Tirajana. It has a population of over 6.000 residents, mainly canarian locals, working in the touristic areas and service industries of Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas. Properties are generally cheaper and bigger than in Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas, however the recent construction of a humungous shopping mall has boosted the potential of this quiet residential area making it the only huge shopping mall at a literally five minute driving distance from Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas.
