Vecindario

Vecindario is the largest City in the south of the island being only 15 kiometers away from the heart of tourism Maspalomas.

Vecindario was principally agricultural until the last quarter of the XX century after which it rapidly developed into a touristic service industry with mixed residential use. Vecindario was the first city in the south of the island to experiment a huge property growth and developed one of the landmark shopping malls in Gran Canaria housing all the big international franchises.
